Brewed with Akita Sake Komachi rice, polished to 40%. Named after "Hanawa Bayashi," a traditional festival music of the Kazuno region (a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage-listed float festival). A gentle, understated finish carries a gorgeous floral aroma — internationally recognized with a Gold Award at Kura Master, France.

Chitosezakari 千歳盛
Founded in 1872, the sole sake brewery in Kazuno City. Named "Chitose" (a thousand years) by founder Mosuke Tamura as a wish for longevity, later renamed "Chitosezakari" in 1922. The company underwent wartime consolidation and postwar reorganization, becoming "Kazuno Meishu Co." before adopting its current name, Chitosezakari Shuzo, in 2019. Its brewing facility has a distinctive semi-underground structure built into a hillside, reflecting the brewery's philosophy: brewing small, brewing with care.
