If you're in the EU, you can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
How it works
Exclusions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a bottle's seal has been broken after delivery, for health-protection and hygiene reasons — this is the standard basis used by EU wine and spirits retailers to exclude opened bottles from return. Unopened, sealed bottles remain fully returnable within 14 days. It also does not apply to custom or made-to-order gift sets assembled at your request, or to any order where the 14-day period has already lapsed at the time you notify us.
A separate, narrower exclusion exists under EU law for alcoholic beverages sold at a price agreed in advance where delivery is deferred more than 30 days and value depends on market fluctuation — e.g. wine futures / "en primeur" sales. This does not apply to MADE IN AKITA's standard in-stock, immediately-shipped model.
