Terms of Service
利用規約1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of made-in-akita.com (the "Site"), operated by Danshiko Lab B.V. ("we," "us"), registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 99269074 and VAT number NL868913753B01. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and age
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Prohibited use
You may not: resell products purchased through the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent age-verification or security measures; or submit false information when placing an order.
4. Suspension of service
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, for maintenance, technical failure, or as required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Disclaimer and statutory guarantee
The Site is provided "as is." Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection law. As an EU consumer, you retain your statutory legal guarantee of conformity for products purchased, in addition to any rights described elsewhere on this Site.
6. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its offerings, in whole or in part, at any time. Where this materially affects an existing order, we will notify you.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where you are a consumer resident in an EU member state other than the Netherlands, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply. Nothing here limits your right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
